Bushing Kits or Bushings With Hardware Kits
Any Level Ride stabilizer unit ever made, use the same type bushings and cups, etc.:
however, the number of bushings and cups may vary depending on the unit's part number.
To determine which bushing kit you need, obtain the kit number of the stabilizer unit that
the truck is equipped with. The glove box packet that originally came with the unit should
be with the truck, and will have a diagram of the unit with the stabilizer part number.
For units manufactured prior to year 2001, the unit part number is stamped on the outside
of one arm of the bar, (the parallel pieces that the cross tubing / shafting is welded to)
which consist of a series of numbers and letters with a four digit date code stamped below
the unit number. Starting in 2001 , the numbers stamped on the bar arm only reflect the bar
number & date of manufacture.
If the stabilizer unit part number cannot be found, simply count the number of
bushings needed for the entire unit.
Replacement kits are sold with enough bushings for the entire unit.
( All bushing kits & bushings with hardware kits include lock-nuts.)
If the stabilizer unit number starts with a "3, or S, or AT, or N" the # 300 000 000 or
# 100 000 000 bushing replacement kit is what you need, depending on whether you need
bushings alone, (# 100 000 000) or the bushings, cups, & pivot bolts (# 300 000 000).
Stabilizer units beginning with "S" requires two bushing kits.
If the stabilizer unit number starts with a "A" or "C", the # B00 000 000 or # A00 000 000
bushing replacement kit is what you need, depending on whether you need bushings alone,
(# B00 000 000) or the bushings, cups, & pivot bolts (# A00 000 000).
Stabilizer units beginning with "C" requires two bushing kits.

To determine which axle or frame brackets you need, obtain the kit number of the
stabilizer unit that the truck is equipped with, as mentioned above.
(Or, look for the bracket part number which is stamped on each bracket.)
If you have obtained the unit's nine digit part number, you can determine which axle &
frame brackets the unit has, by the placement of the numbers. For example, a unit with a
part number of 326 5U0 301 has # 006 500 000 axle brackets ( 326 5U0 301 ) and
# 000 000 300 frame brackets ( 326 5U0 301 ). Replacement brackets are sold in pairs.
