Our service location is not a "Computer Parts Superstore". The parts that we stock are for use in our service department and do not come from an auction web site or Cut-rate suppliers. We use quality parts from quality distributors. If you prefer your own parts, we will gladly install them and be responsible for the service warranty. We also offer the option of tested refurbished parts if that serves your needs.

Our primary service is actually troubleshooting. Find the source of a problem, implement solutions. Some solutions aren't the most profitable for us, but then that's not the primary goal.
